Precious Hands Childcare 

 

PHC was founded by Shantese Hills. Ms. Hills has over 20+ years of experience in childcare. It has always been her dream to establish her own childcare facility, and she is proud to debut Precious Hands Childcare to the world. 

 

PHC was created by Ms. Hills to serve as a caring and educational institution for all children from different walks of life. It is an honor of theirs to be specialized in dealing with children who have been diagnosed with disabilities. Ms. Hills saw that there was a need in this area, and wanted to ensure that they did not have to turn these children away. She believes that they too deserve the best education and care without limitations.
