Meet Shantese Hills, a highly skilled and experienced CPR instructor with five years of teaching experience. Shantese is a certified National CPR Foundation (NCF) instructor, as well as an NCF+ instructor. She holds CPR, AED, and Epi-pen training certifications, making her a well-rounded and versatile instructor.

Shantese's passion for teaching CPR began five years ago when she witnessed a cardiac arrest incident in her community. She realized how important it was to have people who are trained in CPR around to help during emergencies. From that day on, she made it her mission to teach others how to perform CPR and potentially save someone's life.

As an NCF instructor, Shantese has been trained to provide high-quality, effective CPR instruction to her students. Her classes are interactive and engaging, with a focus on hands-on practice to ensure that her students feel confident and prepared to perform CPR in real-life situations. She also offers Epi-pen training and AED certification classes to provide a more comprehensive approach to emergency preparedness.
